Throughout the organization, this is a "hands-on" company. Management is just as likely to be on the shop floor as in the office. From the time blades are received at the indoor bay, through every step of the repair process, customers know IAC will deliver the best job possible. Helicopter operators the world over recognize IAC for its commitment to the industry.

'Unparalleled Expertise'

MGMT2.gif (28246 bytes) Randy Stevens is skilled in blade repair, engineering and tool design. He is responsible for the design and layout of IAC's state-of-the-art facility and the blade repair tooling currently in use at IAC. Randy  holds an FAA Rotor Blade Repairman certificate and is President of IAC Ltd.
Dana Kerrick has taught rotor blade preventive maintenance at helicopter manufacturer's service clinics for many years. Dana is experienced in military and commercial blade repairs and was instrumental in developing new balance procedures that are now standard practice with the United States Army. Dana holds an FAA Rotor Blade Repairman certificate with IAC Ltd. Dana is a licensed fixed and rotary wing flight instructor. Dana is also a certified Level II NDT Radiologist.
